Concert featuring semi-classical arrangements of Iron Maiden's anthems, Foreigner's melodic rock songs, Guns N' Roses' hits, Black Sabbath's classics and songs by Mastodon.

In honour of Metallica's 40th anniversary, talk show M asked if Anneke would sing 'Nothing Else Matters' with a string quartet. Arranger Ruud Peeters made a beautiful arrangement after which the idea for a new collaboration was born. The anthems of Iron Maiden, the melodic rock of Foreigner, the hits of Guns N' Roses, the classics of Black Sabbath and, of course, songs by her personal heroes Mastodon: they all pass by in beautiful semi-classical arrangements. Anneke van Giersbergen was the lead singer of internationally renowned metal band The Gathering for many years and also stole the show on the TV programme 'Best Singers'.
