Open Kids Atelier Gemeentemuseum

Every Sunday, children aged from 5 up can get creative in the Open Kid's Atelier at Gemeentemuseum Den Haag. While parents enjoy the exhibitions or a cup of coffee elsewhere in the museum, children can have fun doing arts and crafts, drawing, painting, you name it, under the professional guidance of a museum teacher/artist. Children are free to walk in throughout the entire afternoon from 12:00 to 16:00 free of charge and they can create what they like. The museum offers a wealth of inspiration!

Plenty of inspiration for creative kids
Roaming through the daylight drenched Art Deco building dating from 1935, designed by architect Berlage, is also an experience for children. Basically: there are all kinds of things to see and great ideas for a creative extravaganza in the Open Kids Atelier. The result, such as a drawing, painting or collage, can of course be taken home.
