In 2010, BizStay was founded with just an idea and three apartments in The Hague. Today, the company is steering towards 300 apartments across different cities in The Netherlands. The latest addition, a transformation of a former hotel in the historic center of Delft.
Scheduled to open its doors in July 2024, BizStay Delft will have 31 short stay apartments, offering guests a choice of 1, 2, or 3-bedroom units for stays spanning a couple days, weeks, or months. This marks BizStay's fifth location in the region, with plans for further expansion into Amsterdam and Eindhoven by 2027.
Founder Dennis Kellner attributes BizStay's success to a blend of critical elements. Beyond the physical buildings and the use of modern technologies, Kellner underscores the role played by the dedicated team working 24/7, 52 weeks a year, with unwavering passion. "Our people make the real difference," he asserts.
Since its inception, BizStay has focused entirely on providing temporary accommodation. Kellner emphasizes a commitment to uniqueness for each location, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether in Scheveningen's Harbour or the city center's Maurits apartments, BizStay properties share a common thread – careful design aimed at creating a welcoming and functional environment, ensuring an enjoyable experience for residents on a business trip, a leisure getaway or relocating.
With the growing mobility of both young professionals and senior pensionados, BizStay has become a true specialist in providing flexible accommodations. By expertly combining hotel flexibility with the comforts of home, BizStay proves that you don’t have to compromise on luxury, comfort, convenience and flexibility when choosing a temporary accommodation.
