The North Sea Regatta is the largest sailing event along the Dutch North Sea coast and this year there is something to celebrate! It's the 75th anniversary of the Fireships Race and that deserves a party. There are some surprises for this special anniversary edition, in addition to competitive races and a fun shoreside social program to mix and mingle with other participants, friends and family.

Also this year the annual sailing event “North Sea Regatta” will take place again with the well-known Vuurschiprace from Scheveningen to Harwich and the North Sea Race back and the inshore races off the coast of Scheveningen. 

The Vuurschiprace starts on May 16, 2023 

The North Sea Race starts on May 20, 2023 

The NSR Inshore races are from May 27 to 29, 2023

The exciting competitions will certainly be seen from the coast of Scheveningen and the sailing boats can always use encouragement from the quay when sailing out or entering. 

Admiring from the quay or the beach is of course also possible. You can also visit the social events without sailing along. So come and have a look!
